August haul!

Happy Friday everybody! I hope your week was good and full of happiness! I have been pretty busy lately with work and personal project, so I'm super sorry for missing last week... But be ready for next week because I have a special post coming your way!! So after months and months of almost no new product, I went wild and buy loads of stuff, and it felt SO good! From Sephora to Walmart, here's everything I bought!

Let's start with Walmart. This weekend, I'm going to see my family in Gatineau and I'm going to see my three years old nephew! Yesterday, while speaking with him on the phone, he told me that I HAD to bring water balloon, I hope we'll have enough!

I also bought him a little bath toy since I'm always on bath duty when I visit them (being an auntie is such a hard job!)

I bought fake eyelashes since I totally forgot to get them at Sephora... Oops!

And at last, I bought dill pickle... I have an obsession whit those! (currently eating them while writing this post)

La Senza is my favorite place to buy not too expensive undies! And their Pj's are so comfy! I went there to buy double sided face tape for clothing and ended up with a bag full of clothes! I completely forgot to take a picture of the tape, but it's really well made and you can even take it out of its case and put it in your purse, it won't get full of dirt or unroll.

These undies were "bought 2 get 2 free" and I decided I needed skin color underwear. That was the entire thought process I went through before grabbing them. anyway, when is it not a good time to buy undies...

T-Rex arms!
I also needed a pj's because the only one I got are super tiny shorts with super tiny top and it's fun and all, until you stay at your sisters or mother for the weekend... Also, it's true, I got this, Babe! Those pants are to die for! And they have pockets

I went to lush and got a little goodie bag for my sister, a little thank you gift for having me this weekend!

I got her the Butterball bath bomb and the little giraffe that make bubble! and you probably guess it, I got the Bubble bar, Big Bang, for my nephew. I don't think he ever uses one so I'm excited to see his reaction!!

And at last, my favorite place on earth, Sephora! This was probably the most expensive trip to Sephora I ever did! At with reason, I had not bought much since march, so there's not too much regret anyway!

This is what I was there to get :

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water. I've been wanting a setting spray forever! I really like Smashbox so I figure I'd try it, see how it go!

I was looking through southern curls and pearls blog and I thought "this woman has such gorgeous hair! I wonder what she products uses!?" So I found this blog post about her hair and decide to try the shampoo and conditioner she was talking about. Yes, I stop the No-poo method, I will be making a blog post about it soon. I saw this cute little on-the-go travel quartet and thought it was perfect to test them without spending too much money. I'll be sure to let you know what I think of it in a later post!

This was not planned:

This is the cutest lipstick I have ever seen! I love the color! It's the Matte Shaker High Pigment Liquid Lipstick by Lancôme, the color is 272 - Energie in peach. Again, I have not tried it yet, but I will be talking about it in a near future.

The last purchase I did was by far the most expensive and was oh so not a necessity since I already have a contour palette that I really like. But guys, it was truly love at first sight! It's the BECCA X Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette. I love everything about this palette, the packaging is stunning and it's the perfect shade for my summer skin tone. The highlighter is lighter than the one I have, which I actually quite like for a more subtle look.

I received this free gift since I purchase more than 40$ and I have the VIB rouge card. It's the "A Sunny Soiree Sample bag" ! I'm excited to try the Dr. Dennis Gross face mask!

This is it! I hope you enjoy this post! Like I said at the beginning, make sure you don't miss next week post because it's going to be a little series, kind of like my concert look, but this time with an outfit and everything! I'll talk to you real soon, Bye-e!
