This week did not go as well as last week. I was even a little disappointed, but sometimes you have to accept that some things happening are beyond you.
On Monday, everything when perfectly. I did my twenty minutes of Cardio, I ran in intervals from 5 to 10 for 10 sec at slow and 50 at the fastest. Then I did a complete body workout. I went home then got to bed. Normal day, same old training.
On Tuesday, everything went wrong, I woke up cranky and I don't know if it's because of the training or a bad move I could have done on the ice outside but my back hurt like hell. It started at my shoulder and everywhere on my rib cage. The pain was so strong, I could feel it behind my breast. So I stop the gym all week long. I cut some protein on my diet and had smaller portions. My calorie intake went down to 1200~ calories.
I would stretch at home and my boyfriend would give me massages. I also did light exercise on Thursday and Saturday.
I still lost some weight, I'm down to 140.2 Lb which is still more than I expected. I'll start again tonight for the gym. I actually missed it a lot but didn't want to risk hurting myself more and have to stop for a longer period of time and have to completely stop the challenge.
As far as cheating goes, this was not good either. I drank to complete bottle of 750 ml of wine... not good... And I had pizza on Tuesday. I come I lost weight I don't have a clue... I don't understand at all how this is possible... I'm still happy and it gives me hope that I can lose even more by continuing this journey. I started my period yesterday wich can be an indicator to why I have lost weight. I truly don't know.
That's pretty much it. I'm feeling extra motivated for the week coming, and I am so happy I would finally be able to see 130s again. I would talk to you real soon! Bye-e!!
