90 Days Challenge... 1 week update!


This week has passed by so fast! I cannot believe it! If you've read my last tiny post, I've started the 90 days challenge by Blogilates and it has been one week today! I'm super proud of myself!! I've already lost 3 pounds, which is, of course, all water weight so it won't be looking like that every week, but I'm still so so so happy about it!



I've been following the meal plan (almost) perfectly... I cheated twice (oops...) on Tuesday and one Oreo on Sunday. Other than that I have eaten only what is on the meal plan! I don't really crave anything right now and I don't feel hungry during the day, ever! It's actually a lot of food and sometimes I cannot finish my plate! I try to the best I can since, with all the workout, in need energy. Sometimes, it's just too much. If I change an ingredient, I use MyFitnessPal to make sure I put on my plate the same number of calorie (I'm a little intense lol). The suggestion she gives help a lot not to get bored with the ingredient! So food wise, I'm super happy!

For the training part, I don't follow her video. I still follow her week plan.

I always do 20 min of cardio (mostly running) then, 40 min of body training. I found training plan on Pinterest, here's the link to my Pinterest page to find my muscle and some cardio training. I do 12 repetitions 3 times with 30 sec rest between each time at a doable weight. I would try to adjust the weight every week. I do that every day of the week except I change the body part I trained.

Monday is total body training! I try to go easy on my arm and back since I do them on Tuesday and you should not work the same muscle two days in a row!

On Tuesday, I do upper body and back.

Wednesday, it's a little different. Since I do it at home, I start by doing the 20 min pure cardio then I switch to abs training, again you can find everything on my Pinterest.

Thursday it's leg and butt ! I hate my leg... every time I gain weight, it all goes there. Not just my thigh... my calf too... I can't even put high boots, they don't fit... so I love training my leg.

On Friday I go to the swimming pool (my gym membership cover gym and pool) and I do an hour of back and forth at a medium pace.

On Saturday I do one-hour interval gym workout. It's basically 20 min of running at 8, 10 min of stair at level 7, 10 min of elliptical at 10/10, 10 min of running in intervals, I do 50 sec of 11 then 10 sec of 5, 5 min of stair at level 8 and 5 minutes elliptical at 6/6. Everything for the treadmill is in km!! I followed the fit-personality (changed the treadmill a little...)

And Sunday, it's rest day.



Again, just a reminder, I did not create anything in the training or diet plan! I just follow stuff on Pinterest. It super easy to find exercise on Pinterest!

I also drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day! I'm allowed coffee and tea, but since I drink so much water, I drink one cup of coffee (or two(or tree)) and that's it! And I'm allowed I cup of red wine a week (I end up drinking 2 on Saturday... but if you know me... it's already a big improvement!).
