I don't buy enough to do a favorite product of the month every month, instead, I'll try to talk about something new I enjoy during the month. For the month of July, I'll talk about my eating habits.
Summer is the perfect time to motivate yourself to go outside and do some sport since it's not freezing and the day are way longer. At the same time, summer is the time for terrace and drinking and going out with friends. I've been outside, doing all sort of sports lately but my eating habit could have been way better. I also really enjoy terraces and I may have enjoyed one too many drinks. I was able to keep the same weight but when you do a lot of sport, keeping the same weight is kind of discouraging. So here's what I did to start eating better.

Tree weeks ago, I saw a book call Eat Beautiful from Wendy Rowe, a popular makeup artist. The book talks about how to improve your skin with healthy food. I decided to order it on amazon and since I received it, I have made all my meal with this book. I would look at different recipes, decide which and when I would eat them in my week, then make a grocery list and buy the supplies I need to make them.
I have always struggled with my weight, it's really easy for me to gain weight. My other really big problem is I don't see my weight loss. People would tell me I lose weight and I would see it on the scale, but when I look at myself in the mirror, I don't see a difference. It's actually quite discouraging to put a lot of effort and not see it, that's why I have always preferred eating to losing weight, it's comforting. But with this book, it's easier since I eat better than I did in years! I feel like I eat at a restaurant every day, but it's portion I decided and it's way less greasy.
For the last two week, me and my boyfriend we've been eating super healthy and we both feel the difference with our energy and we love it. I hope this little post will motivate you to eat better. I will talk to next week :) Byee!
