I’ve always had a sensitive skin, but
since I’ve start biking, 3 weeks ago, my skin starts burning underneath my eye.
I tried creams and masks, but nothing changed. When I went to consult for it, I
was told the problem was my pH was too high.
Chlorophyll and drinking a cup of hot
water really helped me with the burning sensation. I start seeing result a week after.
I also reduce some of food that had
higher level ad acidity like: Citrus (except for lemon!) almond, tomato, asparagus,
dairy product, sugar and stop white carbs. If you're able to stop drinking coffee! I couldn't do that...
In my skin care routine, I change all my cream to natural product with no perfume in them. I also start putting more sun cream on my face. Arbonne, Druide, Burt’s Bee and Dr. Hauschka, are natural, organic and not tested on animal. If you want more affordable products, Marcelle, Simple and La roche-posay are my favorite drug store brand.
Sometimes, when it’s really too hot
outside it still burn, but never as much as it used to. I wish these tips are
going to help my fellow burning skin sisters! Until next time,
